Maybelline Baby Lips Electro Pop Review

Today I am going to talk about these 2 bad boys , Maybelline Baby Lips electro pop in pink shock and Oh ! Orange !
I Love Maybelline Baby lips , so obviously I was super excited for these colored version of baby lips.

I have got this one in pink shock which is a bright hot pink and Oh ! Orange ! which is a neon orange.

I had super high expectations from these new versions of baby lips , wanted the same moisturising with a log of color and have to say maybelline nailed it with these babies.

First lets start with the packaging, which is very different for the basic babyy lips an d I do prefer these more . I like this lipstick kind of a tube , like to see what I am using . The packaging also has this indication of color on top which is I think is good for when you have these in a lipstick stand, you can see which one you are picking.

The tube is well made , the lid does not open , it seals really tight so you can carry it in your bag without any worries.

Now coming to the actual product , its super moisturzing but does not feel sticky or anything . It does not bleed out of lips and stays on for a really long time.
Definitely repairs chapped and dry lips .

As far as the color is concerned which is is USP of the Maybelline Baby Lips electro pop  they defiantly are way more pigmented as compared to the normal baby lips , just one swipe and you can see the color. They are some wear inbetween sheer lipstick and opaque ones.  It gives this natural color to lips which looks subtle but still very much there , its like medium toned lipstick with some moisture and gloss.

But do not expect it to be as pigmented as a super opaque lipstick , its a colord lip blam , so if you are looking for that kind of opaque color then this is not for you.

As I said , I have then in two color , lets talk about Pink shock first . Its a hot pink color which smells ans tastes like watermelons and that to the most yummy smelling ones. I wish I could eat it. It swatches off like a pink lipcolor with a little sheer gloss on top.

Oh ! Orange ! is a beautiful neon orange which on lips feels like I have real orange on lips. I mean the exact same fragrance of a fresh orange. I think this will shows up less as compared to Pink shock .

Out of the two , Pink shock is my fav , it is one color which will suit all skin tones .

Pros:

1) Great , steady packaging.
2) Super affordable.
3) Very Moisturising
4) Repairs dry and chapped lips
5) Does not bleed out of lips.
6) Color pigmentation is great , it is like a medium toned lipstick.
7) It has a glossy kind of finish.
8) Leaves a stain Beind.
9) Great Staying power.
10 ) Easily available and travel friendly.


Cons:
I tried really hard to look for atleat one but couldn't find any.


Allover , Maybelline Baby lips electro pop are true hero's , have the moisture , the color , the stability and I need the other two colors too.

I think they landed in market at the perfect time, they are great for winters.
