Lakme Fashion Week Summer/Resort 2016-Modern India

Its time for the biggest fashion event in India, Lakme Fashion week with LYF as its presenting partner. Fashion weeks are like a Diwali the Fashion community, we want to put our best foot, no our best cameras forward to capture every moment as life like as possible. This time LYF launched its new series of phones so that can go back home with great quality in pages of every designer piece that we love on Ramp.

Looks like Manish Malothra and LYF were thinking on the same line, just like the LYF phones, Manish Malothra's summer/ resort collection was inspired my the 4 elements of nature- Earth, Water ,Wind and Flame. Needless to say that Manish Malothra's collection was not only stunning but start studded too. With Jackline and Arjun walking the ramp as showstoppers and Kareena Kapoor in the front row showing her support to her dear friend.

The collection has both men and women garments, the main highlight being embroidery.
As the collection was representing 4 elements, it has a lot of variation in terms of cuts, fits and colors but what what this collection different from any other element themed collection was that all the colors were subtle and extremely wearable. Same is the case with LYF phone, they out out there classy and packed with useful features like amazing camera and battery life.

SVA had such beautiful lengha's. Generally when we talk about lengha's or sherwani's, it automatically means the heavy embroided garments,no saying I do t like them but we need some light ethnic clothes too, SVA ethnic are subtle Indian wear which you can rock anywhere, just like LYF smart phones that will not only solve the purpose of phone but also act as pocket camera.

Dresses can never go out of trend, styles might change but we girls cant ever be done with them. Verb has such elegant dresses to bring out the women in you. The collection has a vintage vibe that we all are after these days. The bright colors totally remind me of the LYF Flame, that promises perfect selfies every time.
