Who is a liquid lipstick addict !! I am :) I wish I could own ever single liquid lipstick. Love that they are touch proof, food proof and long wearing lipsticks. So had to try Makeup Revolution Salvation Velvet Lip Lacquer.

If you don't already know, I am heads over heels on this brand. They have amazing products at such affordable prices. Makeup Revolution Golden Sugar Palette is my favorite thing ever.
So when I saw that they have these liquid lipsticks, just had to try them.

Makeup Revolution Salvation Velvet Lip Lacquer come in the typical lip gloss tube with doe foot applicator. The formula is a little thick and heavy as compared to other liquid lipsticks that I have tried.
The formula takes quite some time to try and its very difficult to get even coat onn. When I drag wand from one end to another, the product keeps moving with it.

It does not dry 100% but still is water proof and smudge proof.
But the problem is that it crumbles, yes, it literally does. So once you feel is set , literally within half an hour it starts to crumble and stats falling off.
You would feel like there is a light rubber film that is shedding off your lips and it looks so bad.

I tried it am my Andaman trip and omg, every time I looked into the mirror,I was literally shocked, it looks super good when  freshly applied and super bad then it flacks. Ofcourse, I did all the pre liquid lipstick treatments.

Pros:
1. Very pigmented.
2. Thick and light weight formula.

Cons:
1. Does not dry 100%
2. Takes time to set
3. Gets into the lip lines.
4. Crumble and flake off
5. Stays for 30minutes max.
6. The moment you open your mouth to speak or move your lips, it flakes off.
7. Even application is difficult.
8. Looks even worse if you try to touch up.

Makeup Revolution Salvation Velvet Lip Lacquer is the worst matte lipstick that I have tried. It is everything that you don't want in a liquid lipstick.
