Sugar Arrested for Overstay Waterproof Eyeliner costs 699INR and I have it in01 I'll be Black. It's a eyeliner pen with very thin tip and a cap that fits airtight to prevent pen from drying.

I am a gel eyeliner kind of a girl who loves to play with different thicknesses and styles of eyeliners so having a super thin tip is a plus for me. It gives me the opportunity to draw any thickness of eyeliner.

The product is lightweight and a little thin which makes it very easy to glide on easily to glide on lids but it also means it will take a little time to dry. Also in some cases it might bleed right after applying.
As the product mentions that its a waterproof khol, I tried to run my hand under water with this guy on and it surprisingly stayed. Then I rubbed my hand while it was under water and it was then when it started cracking and fading.

As I was playing with the pen, I layered the product a several times and noticed that it stared looking a little chrome like look. So beware, do not layer the product.

Pros:
1. Thin tip makes it easy to apply.
2. Tip is not very stiff nor flimsy, so one can draw any shape and thickness.
3. Airtight packaging.
4. Formula drys matte.
5. Does not smudge thought the day.
6. It's waterproof.
7. Super inexpensive.


Cons:
1. Thin consistency might be a problem for few. 
2. If layered, it starts to look a little off.
3. Wish it was a little more black like the Sugar Liquid Eyeliner.

At the whole, Sugar Arrested for Overstay Waterproof Eyeliner is a inexpensive, easy to apply, waterproof eyeliner which is great for daily use! But I still prefer Sugar liquid eyeliner over this over this one.
